RMA SUBMISSION

Have you contacted a WYFY sales representative to discuss the reason for your cancellation or return?

Submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form (returning sealed stock only).



Customers must first contact WYFY to understand if they are eligible to return any merchandise.

Note, only sealed stock in resellable condition will be considered for RMA (e.g. no alterations made, no tags added to packaging, et cetera)


Once you have spoken to a WYFY rep and they have agreed to consider your RMA, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form below (requires invoice number, SKU, quantity, and reason for return)


Once the online application has been filled in it will automatically mail our technical department all the relevant information


Our team validates the information on the RMA to ascertain whether your request is eligible for return or not


When You / Courier returns the RMA, our team will check the physical stock vs the RMA and verify


Note, any stock that has visible physical damage will be rejected outright


A technician will contact you before turning the courier away to ascertain if damage could have been with the courier


WYFY will only accept items that were listed on the corresponding RMA


If all of the above is in order and the RMA is accepted, we will issue a credit on your account within 24 - 48 business hours
